The Role: The Gard Partners Entrepreneur Development Program is a structured 12–24 month rotational leadership experience designed to develop the next generation of business leaders and owners. Through immersive rotations, real-world responsibility, and executive mentorship, you'll gain hands-on exposure across critical business functions while working side-by-side with customers, frontline employees, and senior leaders. This program is a launchpad for individuals to lead and grow a business.

Core Duties

Participants will rotate across five key business areas:

• Operations & Service Fulfillment – Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
• Sales & Customer Relations – Build customer relationships, generate revenue, and refine go-to-market strategies.
• Back-office Support and Execution – Support HR, marketing, finance, or legal during seasonal downtime.
• Leadership & Team Development – Lead and develop teams, build culture, and manage performance on the front lines.
• Strategic Growth & Acquisitions – Engage in growth initiatives, market analysis, and support due diligence for acquisitions.

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• Military service and/or undergraduate degree
