As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Set schedule: 36 hours per week, 
• Monday & Tuesday, 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• Thursday & Friday, 10:00 pm - 7:00 am 
• Competitive hourly wage of $21 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority as you answer phones, greet people, handle vendors, and check IDs.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You are proficient at working with computers and other electronic tools.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• You are able to patrol grounds as needed.

Qualifications of a Concierge Security Guard

• You are authorized to work in the U.S. 
• You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) 
• You have a valid PILB 
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• You have 2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment
• You have the physical stamina to be on your feet throughout your shift, as needed.
• You possess excellent people skills
• You are exceptional at working with Electronics, computers, phones, alarm systems, and other hi-tech tools.
• You have a drivers license, and a clean driving record. ( if selected for a driving position)
• You have truck gate experience
