The Security Training Manager is a critical role in the selection decision and retention of top talent for based on our client specific needs.

The Security Training Manager is an operational employee of the company responsible for organizational trainings, compliance, uniforms, and reports directly to the Area Vice President. The Training Manager is responsible for working with the AVP, CSM’s, AM's, and/or Site Supervisors in the branch to develop internal training programs and manage training programs. The Training Manager role is 100% operational. The Training Manager is expected to build upon a culture of employee engagement and set the example for all employees in the branch of servant leadership and personal commitment to the GardaWorld Values.

Performance Metrics: The Security Training Manager is expected to achieve the following metrics within GardaWorld's performance-based business environment:

• Training of new Officers and Site Leadership.
• 100% compliance with Client, State Licensure, and GardaWorld Mandatory Requirements
• Uniform ordering for new officers and maintenance of the uniform room.
• Become proficient in all company software systems
• Lead by example of living up to the GardaWorld Values
