About the Role:
As a Paralegal, you will work closely with our Corporate Counsel and the Contract Team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our legal processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and manage a database of contract files.
- Review and triage contract edits, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Act as a liaison between the Contract Team and other stakeholders.
- Manage execution and signature workflows.
- Facilitate contractually required insurance documentation.
- Track requests from inception to conclusion.
- Generate audit reports on incoming agreements.
- Schedule meetings and telephone conferences.
- Retrieve information to support legal decision-making.

Education and Experience:
- Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
- Paralegal certificate.

Work Conditions:
- Office environment with standard office equipment.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Generally available during normal working hours with occasional evening and weekend work.
