Position Purpose & Summary
This is a full-time on-site Marketing Specialist. Responsible for collaborating with departments to create marketing collateral and social media content.
Essential Functions:
- Design Creation: Develop high-quality, visually engaging designs for a variety of marketing materials including advertisements, social media graphics, print collateral, email campaigns, and more.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work is aligned with the company's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
- Concept Development: Create design concepts, mood boards, and prototypes for new campaigns, products, and initiatives.
- Feedback Incorporation: Review design work and adjust based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring final designs meet the desired goals and specifications.
- Creative Innovation: Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table and push the boundaries of design.
- Production-Ready Files: Prepare final design files for production (print or digital), ensuring all technical specifications, such as resolution, dimensions, and file formats, are met.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content (graphics, copy, videos) for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
- Community Management: Engage with followers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, including engagement rates, traffic, conversions, and ROI. Use data to refine strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies. Implement best practices for growth and engagement.
- Brand Voice & Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms while ensuring content aligns with the brand's messaging and objectives.

Position Requirements:
- Minimum Knowledge & Skills: Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is required. At least one year experience in managing social media accounts. Knowledge of Wordpress, web design and user experience is a plus. Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills. Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HTML is a plus.
- Formal Education and Job-Related Experience: Solid design portfolio of proven work examples; some formal education preferred but not required.
