Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Process payroll efficiently and accurately.
- Foster and enhance staff morale through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes professionally and consistently.
- Ensure optimal staffing levels by overseeing recruitment and retention efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in HR management.
- Prior Experience processing payroll.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Director of Human Resources in a long-term care (LTC) facility or healthcare setting prefferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
