Junior Account Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our account management efforts and contributing to business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a passion for sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
• Conduct warm communications with potential customers to generate leads and opportunities in our partner retailers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration.
• Support the negotiation process with clients, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with company goals.
• Participate in business development initiatives to expand the customer base for our clients.
• Work alongside senior account managers to learn best practices in account management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and account management.
• Leadership qualities that demonstrate initiative and teamwork.
• Previous experience in sales or account management is an advantage but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $972.64 - $1,171.35 per week
