As an Entry-Level Customer Service/Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of customer interaction, ensuring satisfaction while contributing to sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging customers in-store, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing valuable product information.
- Assisting customers with product recommendations and personalized sales pitches tailored to their needs and preferences.
- Promoting and upselling products based on customer needs, while ensuring they have the best shopping experience.
- Staying up-to-date on products, services, and promotions to make sure you can offer the most relevant solutions to customers.
- Helping customers place, modify, and track orders, ensuring smooth transactions and efficient service.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (no experience required).
