GUARANTEED SERVICE is a full-service Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Company that services most of New Jersey and Staten Island. We are looking for a highly professional and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. We focus on residential, and some light commercial. We provide maintenance, service, and installation for our customers’ Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments with empathy and efficiency
- Making out bound calls to schedule maintenance calls
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Potential on call opportunities
Qualifications:
