RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Pre-log samples from the start of the day, pickups from client sampling, and walk-ins
• Unpack shipments and document receipt of samples.
• Organize samples and record them temporarily on arrival.
• Enter client data into LIMS. Recording client number, requested turn-around time, and payment information.
• When available use the project for logging in client ID / Site, date / time collected, sample type, sample matrix, code for sampler, and logging test used to test groups
• Sample Bottle numbering and bottle refrigeration
• Maintenance of the department and lab, including stocking supplies and housekeeping
• Handle interactions with walk-in clients
