We have part-time and full-time Seasonal Positions available at our Distribution Center located in Milton, VT. In general, we're looking for seasonal folks to help receive and prepare product and to pick, pack, and ship customers' orders. The roles here are physical in nature and require you to stand, bend, lift and walk in a warehouse setting. There are lifts up to 70lbs which can require a second person to assist. Jobs begin in March and April and you must be available for the training.
Below is a more detailed description of the work at our Distribution Center.
Fulfillment:
- Picks, quality checks and packs customers' orders.
- Sorts and loads orders onto the appropriate truck or postal skid, making sure to utilize space and create a stable load.
- Works as part of a team to maintain smooth, efficient pick and pack of customer orders weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment, insuring that all safety polices are met.
- Stands and walks on concrete floors and lifts up to 50 pounds (more with help) throughout the shift.
Product Assembly:
- Assembles, packages and labels products in preparation for bin.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that all safety polices are met.
- Prepares prepackaged kits.
- Quality checks items being prepped.
- Stands and walks on concrete floors and lifts up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Bin Filling:
- Preps inventory for bins by opening cases, loading product into bins efficiently and accurately.
- Frequent lifting of 20-50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that all safety polices are met.
- Stands and walks on cement floors throughout the shift.
- Works independently.
Qualifications
