We are currently looking for an Experienced Building Controls Technician to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of installed systems, including panel repairs, device replacement/repair, low voltage circuit troubleshooting, and system testing.
- Perform commissioning and sequence verification on system controllers and devices (e.g., sensors, actuators) while completing required documentation.
- Construct and implement programming code for building automation systems to enhance performance and customer experience.
- Assist with the redesign and upgrade of building automation controls for new builds and owner-direct projects.
- Commission new and current systems for clients, ensuring top-quality service and performance.
- Organize and effectively utilize resources, materials, and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to HVAC Field Technicians.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent from a technical school
- At least 3 years of experience in the field
- Niagara certification is a plus!
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electronics, pneumatic controls, and Building Automation Systems
- Ability to diagnose low voltage electrical components
