Job Overview:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting our products across multiple industries, building relationships with distributors, and providing technical support. This role involves traveling to industry events, training end-users, and collaborating with distributors to drive sales. Gardner primarily sells through distributors; the Sales Representative will assist customers to purchase our line of products through our distribution network. Additionally, this individual will serve as the primary company representative, handling customer inquiries and providing expert guidance on our product line.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Gardner products across various industries by working closely with distributors to drive sales.
- Travel to industry events, trade shows, and customer locations to build relationships and generate sales opportunities.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and distributors on product features, benefits, and best practices.
- Support distributors by ensuring proper product positioning and assisting with their sales efforts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide technical support and answer product-related questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and customers.
- Work independently while staying aligned with company goals and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Some sales experience, preferably in a B2B or distributor-based sales environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel for industry events and customer meetings.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire for long-term career growth.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative once trained appropriately.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to build relationships and problem-solve.
Preferred Qualifications:
