One of our clients is seeking 2 HR Service Center Representatives for a 3-month contract with potential to extend (Remote roles)
MUST HAVES:
- Located in remote eligible state: IL, IN, WI, DC, and VA.
- Associates Degree
- 2 years HR experience OR 5 years customer service experience
- Must have experience with HCMs and comfortable with file work
- ADP, HRIS, Workday
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Conflict resolution
- Excel
- Microsoft Windows
Additional Notes:
We are looking for representatives that have some experience with Benefits, Payroll, or even HRIS/HR System Specialist experience. Additionally, it is a preference that they have Excel and Workday experience.
