Overview:
Seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Operational Readiness Specialist to support the Epic Implementation Team with activities such as GLRA, Day in the Life, and training enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings and provide detailed project updates.
- Prepare and maintain documentation (e.g., user guides, status tracking, communications).
- Take notes, send reminders, and follow up on action items.
- Manage tasks independently with clear project milestones.
- Identify and escalate issues that may impact project timelines.
- Travel to sites as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience, preferably with Epic.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
