Job Summary
The ERP Business Intelligence Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to, report writing, assisting in the implementation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and support of integrated ERP enterprise applications. Serves as the subject matter expert for automation and continuous process improvement with applications interfacing with the Ellucian Banner ERP system.
The position works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. This is an exempt staff position reporting to the AVP / CIO of Technology Services.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Receive work incidents and service requests submitted by users for multiple applications.
- Participate in projects and lead projects.
- Configure, maintain and support multiple data applications.
- Work with third-party vendors on configuration, integration, and data related issues.
- Report development.
- PL / SQL and Cronjob support.
- Automation and documentation.
- Performs other related tasks as needed.
