- Management over all areas of the lacrosse program
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of and the ability to comply with pertinent NCAA, Big South Conference, and University rules and regulations
- Supervise the recruitment, evaluation, and development of student-athletes, including their academic progress through graduation
- Establish and maintain relationships with alumni, boosters, and other administration of the University
- Operate the program within the stated budget
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President for Athletics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
