Job Responsibilities:
Help Desk Support:
- Respond to and resolve technical support requests from end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document support requests and solutions in the help desk ticketing system.
- Provide guidance and training to users on IT systems and applications.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including software deployments, hardware installations, and network upgrades.
- Work closely with IT team members and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to project documentation.
- Perform tasks such as setting up new workstations, configuring software, and testing systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and equipment.
- Monitor system performance and report any issues to senior IT staff.
- Assist with the implementation of security measures and best practices.
- Other duties/projects as assigned

Requirements
