Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Set up user accounts and permissions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and backups.
- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions.
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
- Document IT processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and network configuration.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems is a plus.
- Certification in IT support or related field is preferred.
