Job Schedule : Part Time, under 30 hours a week on average, flexible schedule around
classes, hours worked must be between 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Monday - Friday

About the role : The IT Held Desk Intern supports MNP's multi-site infrastructure, including networks and applications. The IT Help desk role will provide excellent customer service to individual users by offering solutions and support for all hardware and software issues.
Responsibilities : Hardware and software support
Troubleshooting issues with hardware and software
Maintaining various directories and email systems
Resolving network access issues with computers, printers, and other equipment
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Currently enrolled in a 4-year technical degree program
Preferred familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office technologies
Knowledge about troubleshooting and resolving issues

Able to identify problems and recommend solutions and / or better processes
Able to install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 10
