Here’s What You Will Be Doing:
- Build lasting relationships with customers while helping them find the perfect items to meet their needs, tastes, and purchase options
- Follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Join a supportive team that works together to achieve individual goals and company expectations
- In addition, you will partner with other members of your team to create an engaging customer experience
- You will be responsible for consistently meeting established sales goals
- Maintain high level of engagement, greeting customers, cultivating relationships, and discovering furnishing needs
- Maintain knowledge of a broad range of furniture styles, trends, and products through company training and your own research of trends
- Utilize computer tools to validate credit terms and complete sales transactions

Minimum Qualifications:
- Positive and engaging personality that will engage and drive sales
- Creative flare and energetic attitude
- Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering a positive and memorable shopping experience
- Computer proficient in placing orders and credit applications
- Ability to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends (Saturday & Sunday, open to close), holidays, and special sales events
- Successful background in working within a team and mentoring other team members to increase yours and your team members’ success
- Exceptional listening and problem resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Physical Demands:
Walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift and/or move, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
