Warehouse Job Summary:

Full-time permanent positions are available in the Warehouse Shipping Department for a material handler. Operating Forklifts.

Warehouse Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

· Safe loading/ unloading of freight, including pipe and raw materials

· Utilize paperwork to determine product to be shipped/received and the proper quantities

· Operate a fork truck within all required safety guidelines, working with management on improving safety and product flow

· Expedite orders thru the production, picking and shipping

· Pack material for safe handling and shipping

· Provide a clean, safe working environment for all personnel and visiting customers

· Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

· Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

· Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds

· Be able to use tape measure

· 2-5 years of experience with transportation, shipping and receiving

· International transportation, and/or other related experience, preferred

· General knowledge of freight, imports, exports, and proper freight handling techniques

· Ability to perform physical labor (bending, heavy lifting, ect)

· Must be detail oriented and enjoy a fast paced, multi-tasking, customer service minded environment

· Must have good communications and organizational skills

· Must display sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail

· Must be flexible on shift hours

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
