Job Summary
As the Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations and be the driving force behind our store’s success in delivering an exceptional wine, liquor, and beer shopping experience. This role oversees staff management, inventory control, customer service, and sales performance. The Store Manager will work closely with team members to maintain a welcoming, knowledgeable, and well-organized store environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring high standards of customer service, managing product selection and merchandising, and achieving sales targets. Duties
- Lead and support the team to provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Manage store inventory by ordering, stocking, and organizing products
- Set up displays and promotions to highlight new or popular items
- Help increase sales by keeping track of store goals and adjusting plans as needed
- Ensure the store follows all safety rules and company policies
- Create a positive and team-oriented atmosphere in the store
Experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to assist with occasional store deliveries
- Previous retail management experience (beverage industry experience preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of wine, liquor, and beer categories
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
