Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Account Executive (AE) with previous dental consulting experience to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for annually strategizing with our current clients to create their annual marketing plan. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase revenue by promoting additional products or services to existing clients. You will work closely with both the Sales, Client Experience, and Digital Product teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Your primary goal is to drive additional product sales.
Depending on experience, pay ranges from $65,000 to $75,000/annually with an OTE of $160,000 to $180,000 (no cap). The position includes a fantastic benefits package with a fully paid family health care plan in the IHC network (up to $20,000 per year value), with flexible PTO, and 10 paid holidays annually.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling products, services, and upgrades.
- Meet with each client annually to discuss and strategize annual plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, helping to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Close additional product deals efficiently while ensuring that clients see value in the upgraded offerings
- Have a strong understanding of products and their features
Qualifications:
- Previous dental consulting experience required
- 2 years of online/phone sales closing and/or consulting experience
- High school diploma or GED
- A desire to work on a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment
- Exceptional computer skills (MAC skills preferred)
- Google platform proficiency
- Type 40 WPM
- Problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in upselling or cross-selling roles
- Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities for further sales
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dental Marketing and/or Digital Marketing experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
