Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or related subject area with a minimum of five (5) years of experience
Microsoft Technology Associate – Windows Server Administration Fundamentals, preferred
CompTIA Security preferred
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Technology Support with network monitoring tools (Wireshark, Netflow, PRTG, Solarwinds) and with endpoint protection systems (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike) with a High School Diploma OR Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Technology Support with network monitoring tools (Wireshark, Netflow, PRTG, Solarwinds) and with endpoint protection systems (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike) with a Bachelor’s Degree
