Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Current Food Handler's Certificate, preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years in multi-unit operation
- Minimum of one (1) year of HVAC knowledge, preferred
- Commercial or school food service equipment maintenance experience working with commercial cooking equipment, preferred
