Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of breakfast operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation and service techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with management to develop breakfast menus that appeal to guests.
