Summary

As the Breakfast Manager at The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort, you will oversee all breakfast operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your leadership will be vital in managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of breakfast service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train and develop staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering of breakfast supplies to maintain stock levels.
• Implement efficient shift management practices to optimize team performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fine dining or food service management.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff training and development.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
