Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Natural Personal Care Product Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handcrafting a variety of personal care products, including skincare, haircare, and body care items. Attention to detail, following recipes accurately, and working efficiently will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Make natural personal care products (e.g., body butters, hair balms, serums, etc.) according to precise recipes and guidelines.
  • Follow detailed instructions for measurements, mixing, and preparation processes to ensure consistency and quality in all products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment, ensuring all tools, ingredients, and equipment are properly sanitized.
  • Ensure quality control by checking ingredients, texture, and appearance of finished products.
  • Package products appropriately, ensuring that all products are safely stored and properly labeled.
  • Assist with inventory management of raw materials and supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely order fulfillment.
  • Stay updated on natural product trends and best practices in personal care manufacturing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with following recipes in a precise, step-by-step manner (bakers, chefs, or similar roles are encouraged to apply).
  • Ability to work with different ingredients and learn the characteristics of natural ingredients for personal care products.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in product quality.
  • Comfortable working with hands-on tasks and manual labor.
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in a production environment.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively to meet production goals.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude when collaborating with a small team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a hands-on production environment, such as baking, food preparation, or crafting.
  • Interest or basic knowledge of natural ingredients and their uses (such as in skincare or wellness).
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new techniques and processes.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt when things don’t go according to plan.
  • A passion for working with natural products and a commitment to quality.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to changes in priorities.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory management or a willingness to learn.
