What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructional Aide/Paraprofessional position at Garnet Educational Services, LLC?
Searching for highly motivated individual looking to make a difference in a child's education. This position is specifically for a van aide, who would assistant students during transportation to and from locations for educational purposes.
Opportunities for virtual aide services between van routes are also available. These positions job duties include:
- Redirecting and encouraging focus/keep student attentive during live classes
- Facilitate class attendance and participation while in class
- Assisting with organizational skills and planning for the school week
Job Requirements
* * High school diploma or higher
* Preferred experience working in a school district, with school aged students or with individuals with special needs for 2 years
* Must pass all background checks/clearances for criminal history and child abuse and other school requirements.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
