Responsibilities
Responsible for the smooth operation of the front reception desk ensuring the highest level of service excellence. Ensures that visitor traffic through the front lobby flows with a minimum of disruption. Greets all visitors to hospital, ascertaining their needs and directing appropriately. Ensures that the front lobby is maintained in a neat and orderly fashion. Guides and directs the volunteers who assist at the front desk.

The compensation range for the role is $21.64 - $22.29 hourly.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: High School graduate.
Minimum Experience: Minimum of three years experience working with the public preferred. Exceptional Customer Service skills
Required Certification/Registration: N/A
Physical Requirements: Standing, sitting at front desk most of the day. Temperature fluctuations due to constant opening and closing of front door. Constant traffic. Frequent contact with public, visitors, patients, job applicants, sales people. Frequent contact with employees, department managers, clergy, volunteers and physicians.
