Responsibilities
Pediatric Hospitalist sought by Garnet Health Doctors, P.C. in Middletown and Harris, NY. Oversee pediatric in-patients. Provide direct patient clinical care and manage medical problems of pediatric patients. Provide pediatric assessment and treatment to children and maintain liaisons with community providers by attending meetings as appropriate. Serve as part of an interdisciplinary team to improve efficiency and facilitate the continuum of care for patients from admission to discharge including general pediatric medicine, consults, and management of patients with various comorbidities. Responsible for clinical excellence of Pediatric In-Patient care services and for assisting in the development of programs. Offered wage : $193,518 to $225,000 / year. Requirements : M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent. Valid NYS medical license. Board Eligible / Certification in Pediatrics. Must have active and unrestricted D.E.A. Certificate, current Opioid Prescriber Training Certificate, and current Infectious Control Certificate. Compensation for this role is $220,188 to $247,811 annually.
