You will report to the Photo Studio Manager and work with our team during planning, updating and communicating shoot production.

- set-up and administer studio budgets
- track project deadlines for production process
- process all related invoices, expenses for studio vendors and talent

- Our photo studio team requires someone with knowledge of accounting procedures
- We are a team passionate in cultivating the goodness that's in our nature. If you are looking for a chance to play an important role in a studio environment, our team is excited to meet you!
- Manage photo studio expense reports
- Perform daily maintenance of studio production estimates
- Administer operating budgets
- Associate's degree in business or accounting related field
- 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Experience working within accounts payable systems
- Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
