Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain payroll records, including timekeeping and wage adjustments
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions such as taxes and benefits
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure proper payroll administration
- Prepare payroll reports and ensure accurate recordkeeping
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in payroll processing or related roles
- Strong knowledge of ADP
- Familiarity with payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
