What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Inside Sales Specialist position at Garnett Component Sales?
Key Responsibilities
This role involves tasks such as inside sales, customer service, lead generation, and account management on a daily basis. You will support our outside sales team with follow up, appointment setting, CRM entry, assist with territory planning via mapping software, attend TEAMS calls with customers/principals, assist/perform reporting to upper management/principals/sales reps. A typical work day would include calling leads and existing customers and developing relationships with buyers and the manufacturers we represent. You'd research leads and help set appointments for our outside sales team. Reporting and CRM administrative tasks with email follow up and presenting RFQ's and quotes.
