Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and research
- Build relationships with customers and manufacturers
- Support our outside sales team with follow-up, appointment setting, and CRM entry
- Assist with territory planning via mapping software
- Attend virtual calls with customers/principals
- Assist/perform reporting to upper management/principals/sales reps
Requirements
- At least 1 year of inside sales and account management experience
- Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
- Experience in lead generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written skills with proficiency in follow-up and time management
- Ability to work independently
