As an Employee Relations Coordinator in North Kansas City, MO at Garney Construction you will support the design, facilitation, and coordination of corporate events, and support Garney's corporate charitable giving,
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Work with training / meeting stakeholders to gather event details and requirements
- Maintain meeting agendas and keep minutes at planning meetings
- Coordinate logistics within budget constraints and review expenses with stakeholders
- Prepare training / meeting documents and resources needed for the event
- Assign participant survey, compile feedback, and provide to stakeholders following event
- Organize and maintain agendas, notes, and meeting minutes from board / committee meetings
- Maintain databases, records, and budgets
- Populate / organize systems and system data
- Pull reports from systems to provide to stakeholders
