We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales/Lettering Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, decorating apparel, placing orders and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Provide knowledgeable product information and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Process shipments, separate and organize them by order.
- Print logos on garments and sort by sizes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store performance.
- Stay informed about promotions, new products, and industry trends to better assist customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products, printing and sales techniques.
