Associate Attorney

We are currently seeking an associate attorney to join our litigation team. This opportunity is well suited for a 3-5 year attorney looking to further develop their litigation skills under the mentorship of some of the best trial lawyers in the state. However, we are also interested in meeting candidates with less experience as a litigator.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling matters in state and / or federal court, and the following :

• Licensed to practice in Oregon or eligible for a temporary and permanent license;
• Excellent oral and writing skills;
• Experience drafting substantive agreements;
• Experience managing discovery; and
• Experience working with a skilled team of staff.
