Minimum Qualifications:
Active membership in the Oregon State Bar in good standing;
· Strong work ethic, time management skills, and demonstrated ability to handle a heavy case load;
· Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently;
· Ability to handle a variety of matters simultaneously to meet client demands;
· Our primary current need is for an attorney to do research and writing helping with motion practice, appellate briefing and other similar work.
· Close attention to detail, superior proof-reading skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
· Excellent oral advocacy, research, writing, communication, and analytical ability; and
· 1-3 years of litigation experience, ideally including drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation. Judicial clerkship experience will be considered in lieu of or in addition to litigation experience.
