WHAT'S YOUR DAY AS A CALL CENTER MANAGER - CLIENT RELATIONS LEAD LIKE?
As our Call Center Manager - Client Relations Lead, you will be at the core of our operations, ensuring that every customer interaction is a success. Your daily responsibilities will involve monitoring call center performance to drive high booking rates, classifying calls to maximize lead conversions, and tracking estimate follow-ups to ensure no lead is overlooked.
