The Stationery Operations Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining a costing matrix for each category they own by partnering with their supervisor, product development, and sourcing teams. They will also partner with Procurement team to determine factory partners with the best fit to quote each program.
Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with Procurement team to determine factory partners with the best fit to quote each program.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in sourcing and/or product development-related fields. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Microsoft Teams is required. Overseas experience working in Hong Kong or greater international sourcing operations capacity is preferred.
