As a Receptionist/Office Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will utilize your core skills in clerical duties, phone etiquette, and organizational skills to maintain an efficient office environment. Additionally, your relevant skills in Microsoft Office, data entry, and calendar management will ensure smooth daily functions, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Support office management tasks, including calendar management and appointment scheduling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
  • Experience with clerical and administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage calendars and perform data entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
