What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Transaction Coordinator position at Gary Owen Team - Coldwell Banker Realtors?
Position is part-time.
- Mornings: Monday – Friday: 15-20 hours per week

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Transaction management - managing files from listing to close.
- Communication management with the various parties & vendors involved in a real estate transaction.
- Database management.
- Calendar management for appointments & scheduling.
- Maintenance of marketing & presentation materials.
- Maintenance & implementation of social media marketing.
- Maintenance of spreadsheet tracking systems.
- Researching information for monthly market & client reports.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge & experience with PC computers.
- Very comfortable with learning web-based applications.
- Experience with Google Chrome, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts & Google Drive.
- Experience with Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
