Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all shop activities and operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and provide guidance to automotive technicians, ensuring work aligns with their skill sets.
- Perform diagnostics using the latest equipment (Snap-on tools) to assess vehicle issues.
- Recommend appropriate repairs and delegate tasks to technicians.
- Oversee repair jobs to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the automotive field with strong technical and diagnostic skills.
- Familiarity with current automotive technologies and repair processes.
- Must own a complete set of tools required for the job.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
