Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative is a key player on a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, have the ability to multitask, and are detail oriented, with great interpersonal and excellent customer service skills.
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist our customers with inquiries. Ideal applicants will have strong interpersonal and communication skills allowing them to communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or phone.
Booking and scheduling of appointments.
Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer questions\issues.
Acts as a liaison between customers and management in order to enhance the overall customer experience.
Communicates customer feedback to various teams—including technical and marketing departments, in order to improve the overall customer experience.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Service Titan Dispatch Program is a major plus!
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Available for a Saturday half-day shifts as needed
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
