Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with data entry tasks in HR systems like QuickBooks and Fingercheck.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on employment and DOT laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management
