We are now seeking an entry-level finisher to join our growing team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sanding, prepping, and staining for a wide range of wood products
- Assist with maintaining DEQ records and ensuring proper safety procedures are followed
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area in the finishing department
- Ensure a quality product is prepped before sending it to the next step in the finishing process
- Organize and maintain the sanding area's tools and equipment
- Assist finishers in meeting daily production requirements. Requirements while maintaining consistently high-quality product standards. This may involve assisting in larger projects or sanding and staining projects independently
- Perform special projects and complete all other duties as assigned or requested
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must maintain a high degree of personal and environmental safety, including properly handling paints and solvents and wearing masks, earplugs, and other devices essential to protect your safety
- Must tolerate working in an environment with fumes, noise, dust, and other elements necessary for a finishing operation
- Interact professionally with both internal and external customers
- Excellent attitude and communication skills
- Willing to learn and accept new challenges
- Keen eye for fine detail
- Understand proper sanding techniques and the use of orbital hand-held sanders
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and deal with stressful situations
- Production-oriented in approach and ability to plan and meet deadlines
- This position will require you to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, climb, bend, kneel, squat, and climb ladders to access all parts that need sanding
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. consistently and 75 lbs. occasionally
