Job Summary:
The Director of Physician Recruiting is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment function for the organization and partnering practices. They will direct, support and manage both the physician recruitment and facility recruitment teams. The Director of Physician Recruiting will identify and design best practice, build appropriate process and create strategies to attract, recruit and retain top talent across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, develop and execute on process and strategies that support the strategic growth, and clinical integration of the organization.
Lead both practice facility recruitment teams and physician recruitment teams in identifying, sourcing and recruiting talent for the organization.
Build and implement recruitment programs, plans and policies for screening, interviewing, selection, and placement of talent across the organization.
Partner closely with the Executive team to identify current needs and create appropriate recruitment strategies.
Develop appropriate metrics for recruitment teams and manage performance based on metrics.
Identify, assess, and recommend recruitment tools that positively impact recruitment.
Manage annual recruitment budget and participate in annual budget meetings.
Develop and maintain a positive image of Gastro Care Partners within the community and effectively communicate the benefits of working for GCP at all levels of the organization.
Establish and maintain effective relationships and contacts with key recruitment firms.
Prepare and analyze statistical reports and other data to monitor candidate flow and selection.

Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to handle sensitive information ethically and responsibly and to protect the confidentiality of business information

Knowledge of effective hiring practices
Ability to build creative sourcing strategies and solutions to find talent nationwide
Ability to exercise initiative, judgement, discretion, and decision-making consistent with organizational objectives.
Possess the appropriate knowledge base to effectively present GCP and practice opportunities to a candidate.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in business or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading recruitment teams within a healthcare environment, involving ongoing interaction with physicians and mid-levels.
Experience with full cycle recruitment
Proficiency in MS Office
