With expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide array of gastrointestinal, liver and biliary tract diseases, our doctors, nurses, and courteous staff take care of patients in a state of the art, newly constructed, beautiful outpatient clinic.
The Patient Services Specialist is the first impression patients receive for the organization. They should have excellent customer service and be able to handle patient issues diligently. We are looking for someone with an upbeat personality, reliability and who is team oriented.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Greeting patients with a friendly smile
- Answering telephones with eagerness to assist
- Verifying insurance
- Verifying Patient Information
- Checking Patients In for daily appointments
- Collecting payments for visits
- Responsible with settling and tracking all incoming payments
- Scheduling appointments
- Scheduling procedures
- Scanning Medical Records
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service Experience
- Any additional duties assigned by management
